2. Review the current SCORES and SMART ODR instructions to understand the available routes and prerequisites for your dispute.
3. Check whether your dispute and the entity concerned are eligible, including any exclusions and restrictions on parallel proceedings.
4. Keep relevant transaction records, correspondence and complaint references ready. Review any applicable fees before proceeding.
