SEBI publishes circulars covering mutual funds, investor protection, disclosures, intermediaries and securities-market processes. Use the official directory for the current text and publication date.

1. Check the circular number, publication date and the entities or products it applies to.
2. Read the effective date, transition arrangements and any annexures.
3. Check for amendments, clarifications and a newer master circular that may consolidate or replace it.
4. For a particular scheme or transaction, read the current AMC documents alongside the applicable circular.
